Abstract

Regional commercial prosperity is a crucial driver of urban economic development, with commercial complexes playing a central role in this process. This study uses Henglong Jinzun Plaza as a case to explore its role in promoting regional commercial prosperity and establishing a long-term mechanism. The study finds that Henglong Jinzun Plaza has effectively driven regional economic growth, fostered the commercial agglomeration effect, and promoted consumption upgrading through brand clustering, business format optimization, technological empowerment, and improved consumption experiences. On this basis, this study constructs a long-term mechanism of regional business prosperity, puts forward four core elements of government guidance, market leading, consumer participation and sustainable development, and analyzes their functional mechanisms. The research shows that stable policy support, scientific and technological innovation, industrial synergy and community integration are the keys to the long-term prosperity of commercial complexes.
